The passionate Chef Zeno Bernasconi and his kitchen brigade have brought freshness to the Restaurant Jim’s menu, while maintaining a high level of quality and renewing the link with the territory.
Our wines
Giuseppe Caspani and the young sommelier Luca Carnini are always up to date on news and with great passion they choose for you the wines with the best quality/price ratios, as well as some essential gems. Thanks to patient work spanning over fifty years (in 1971 Jim was the youngest sommelier in Italy with an AIS membership) today we are able to offer you an extraordinary wine list with 400 labels, with a wide choice of Valtellina wines, which do not only come from the best-known wineries, but also from small producers. The national bottles are the result of a careful selection from the most representative wineries of each Italian region. A touch of internationality is given by the Swiss labels, the French Château and the best Champagnes.
