100% fruit juices and apple juice from Valtellina.
Followed by fresh white, rye and multigrain bread, white and wholemeal toasted slices, rusks and biscuits for celiacs. Assorted brioches and, from our kitchen, the chef’s cakes, Nutella, honey and yoghurts, milk from the Chiuro dairy, Alpiyo soy milk, assorted seeds and local nuts, fruit salad and basket of fresh fruit, dehydrated fruit and cereals.
Finally, the savory buffet offers Valtellina Casera Dop and Tellino cheeses from Latteria di Chiuro, cold cuts and eggs.
